There are some writers who write so well they draw you right into the book. This book is a perfect example of just that!!Roxanna is completely in her shell In the beginning; and all you want to do is comfort her, because no one so young should go through what she has gone through. But, Whoa!! When Roxy finally breaks out that wallflower-like persona...... I felt conflicted with wanting to read faster just to see if she'll get back on her feet, and not wanting to read at all because the way her life flipped upside down so fast was just so completely unexpected, I was cringing with every turn of the page. Roxanna is truly a good girl gone bad. I just wanted to step in and protect her and guide her, because home girl was sliding down a razor into a pool of alcohol….. Ass up!!!!
This book will take you through a roller coaster of emotions..... some up, some down and most definitely some upside-down, with a crazy cliff hanger for an ending.
Latoya, you did your thing!! Part Two ready yet?? Cause I know it's going to be fierce!!

This book was a great read. I finished it in one day because I couldn't and didn't want to put it down. I am anxiously waiting for part 2.
This was an awesome read I can't wait for the next part to come out.....I was struck on this one.
Not being taught can make your life extra hard. But, when you finally know that love can change your thought pattern then you except the consequence of life.
OH MY GOODNESS!!! This book was soooo good!!! All the twist & turns with drama, heartache, pain, lies, etc! It had my full attention from beginning to end & I can't wait to read part 2!!!
This is one of the best stories i've read all year. It was heart felt and compelling story and the characters are people that i could relate to. Roxanna has a soft part in my heart and i cant wait to read part two.
I read this book in two days.... The is one of the most page gripping stories I've ever read.i was lured to this book by Lashonda Devaugn and I was not disappointed Latoya Coppedge whew!!! On to part two I go and I will be looking out for more from this author!!!
Man I'm so mad that I haven't read this book before now but it's all good cuz I enjoyed it a true page turner the chapters were pretty long other than that it was still a great read...man roxanna went through alot from living to pillow to post, receiving bad news to bad news things just wouldn't let up for her right when things seem to be working in her favor BOOM she was going through it again...some of the things this girl were going throu had sadden my heart like I knew her personally lol even though some parts of the book she was pissing me off lol...this book was full of betrayal lust lies drama drugs etc...
